BlockDuel — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance. By downloading or playing the Game you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. Apple's standard EULA also applies.
2. Licence. You get a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Virtual items. Gold, gems, boosters and the season pass have no real-money value and cannot be transferred or cashed out. Purchases are made through the App Store; refunds follow Apple's rules. Consumables (gems, season pass) cannot be restored; No Ads and the Starter Pack return via "Restore purchases".
4. Fair play. Cheating, automation, modifying game data or offensive display names are not allowed; we may remove you from rankings or restrict access.
5. Player records. Your duel records and display name are shown to other players as opponents and in rankings.
6. Changes and termination. We may change the Game, its content and these terms, or discontinue the service.
7. Liability. The Game is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
8. Governing law. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.
