BlockDuel — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data BlockDuel (the "Game"), published by Leiyla (leiyla.com) ("we"), processes and why. Questions: info@leiyla.com.
1. Account and identity
The Game does not ask for an email, phone number or password. On first launch a random install ID is created on your device and registered with our game server. You choose your display name in Settings; otherwise a random one is assigned.

We do not access location, contacts, photos or the microphone.
3. Ads and tracking
The Game shows ads via Google AdMob. iOS asks for your permission to track across apps (ATT). If you decline, your advertising ID is not shared and non-personalised ads are shown. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, ad consent is collected through Google's consent form; you can change it in Settings → Privacy options. The "No ads" purchase removes interstitial ads.

4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers above, only for the stated purposes. Your duel records and display name are shown to players who play against them and in rankings.
5. Retention and deletion
Server data is kept while you use the Game. To request deletion, email info@leiyla.com with your install ID (shown at the bottom of Settings); it is deleted within 30 days. You can remove the device and iCloud copies by deleting the Game and removing its data in iCloud settings.
6. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, KVKK and similar laws you may access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Requests: info@leiyla.com.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is published at this address with a new date.
